In order for Plato's and Hobbes' societies to work, they have to be populated with fairly pliant individuals who play by the social rules. Nietzsche, however, discusses people of master morality who pursue individual ideas and passions without much consideration for the happiness of society. Before you agree or disagree with me (which you are more than welcome to do), please describe Nietzsche' master vs. slave morality argument with references to the original text. Then place Nietzsche' master in Plato's and Hobbes' societies, respectively and describe each society would work or not work populated by Nietzsche' masters.
