Go to our course textbook (Thompson, Peteraf, Gamble & Strickland, 2014), Part 2, Case 28, and read the case regarding Rhino Sales and Hunting (C-369 - C-384). From the case, answer the following questions, being as specific as possible: 
1. What is SANParks/Kruger National Park's objective and vision? Is selling rhino consistent with their objective and vision? If not, then what should it be? 
2. How would you reduce poaching? 
3. In consideration of the five forces model for the rhino sales industry (See Figure 3.3), what competitive threats are associated with the rival sellers, suppliers, buyers, substitutes, and new entrants? 

Finally, based on your assessment, what can you apply to organizational work in your sector from what you see in this case?
