In Chapter 20 Business Organizations you picked a Company Name and explained the Business of your choice (Given Below). Please do the following:
1. Draft a basic contract in paragraph form including any information you believe should be included. This will encompass all of this weeks chapters.
2. After you draft the contract, explain why you included certain parts - be certain to support your work.
Choice of business: The type of business which I would prefer to enter into is in the service line of having a chain of restaurants across countries. I would prefer to do business in partnership. I would choose partnership form of business because as I need to open a chain of restaurants huge capital would be required and having partners would help the business grow faster. Partnership business which not only helps in the capital but also different views and ideas can be generated which is not possible in a sole proprietorship. This can also help to handle the business more efficiently. The name of my business will be Foodies
