In an organization change is inevitable for it to remain

In an organization change is inevitable for it to remain successful. Some organizations have to make bigger changes than others. Some of the factors for making a change can be competition, unemployment rates, changing technology, demographics, cultural differences, and many other factors. The article brings up eleven points of how you can use information to help drive change. I will touch on four of the most important points discussed in the article. The first is define rationale and motivation for the change in a way that tells a compelling story. In order to get others to buy into the reason for the change and the method used to go ahead and make the change, they have to be motivated with words and vision so they understand why the change needs to take place. The second is clarify the type of change occurring in your organization. There are many changes to be made to any organization and after one has communicated the vision, their next task is the identify the specific change that will take place within the organization. The third is clarify the theme that ties all your multiple initiatives together. Although there are many different parts and people involved in change it's best to find a theme to tie them together so the overall result is that everyone is on the same page. Finally shape your initial communication messages. Many times a message takes on a special meaning because of the way it's communicated. SInce it's so important to get everyone's buy into the reason for the change and the method of change, communicating the information is really important to driving that change to happen.

What are you thoughts on the above statement? Do you agree or disagree/ Why?
