The Fourth Amendment
In a two-page paper discuss whether or not you believe the Fourth Amendment has been violated in the wake of the "War on Terror?" Why or why not?
Make sure your discussion reflects themes in Chapters 15 through 16 of our textbook.

The second page will include an Abstract.
This paper will use 1-inch margins, Times New Roman 12-point font, and double spacing.
