In a project environment, time is a constraint rather than a luxury, and this creates a problem for the project manager who has previously never worked with certain team members. Some people contend that the project manager must create some sort of test to measure, early on, the ability of people to work together as a team. Is such a test possible for people working in a project environment? Are there any project organizational forms that would be conducive for such testing?
