In 1916 Milikan used measurements of the kinetic energy of photoelectrons to detemine plancks constant. In order to understand how he did this, use this equation K=hv-? (where ? equals the binding energy before the electron was ejected) to determine the slope of the photoelectron kinetic energy, K, with respect to photon frequency.
