Assignment:
The Final Questionnaire has been uploaded on the VUC via Learning Space > Unit study Guide or Assessment 2B for you to conduct the pilot test. The questionnaire was designed based on all of your submissions. It is a good questionnaire but requires a pilot test prior to:
1. Identify issues/ problems associated with the administration procedures and questionnaire;
2. Suggest improvements for the administration procedures and the pilot tested questionnaire in order to have high quality data and high response rate; and
3) Revise the questionnaire prior to its final distribution.
Please conduct the pilot test on the uploaded questionnaire. The report should cover all the assessment criteria of the Assessment 2B.
Please make sure to indicate:
- The purposes of the pilot test.
- The steps/ procedures in conducting it.
- Justification wherever necessary. For example, using references from either textbooks or journal articles to justify the sample size of 10 used for the pilot test; the data collection survey technique(s) (e.g. Personal interview, mail, online survey, self-administered survey ... ) as most appropriate.
- Results/ findings of the pilot test (eg. What are good, what are not good. Issues/ problems identified from the administration procedures and questionnaire..)
- Suggestions for improvements of the pilot tested administration procedures and the questionnaire.
- Revised the questionnaire based on the results of pilot test prior to the final distribution.
- Reflection of what have you learnt from the whole process.
