Importing orders from our shopsoftware to our domino/notes database

Importing orders from mysite.com to domino server (database) sftp?
We use for our webshop www.mysite.com,
for our backoffice we use a domino/lotus database
I now want to include them automatically to our notes database; several import connections are possible from myshop.com
They suggest the best way is with a sftp connection.
The orders should be imported in the subsequent form fields: address, number, date, description, quantity, amount, total amount,
So i want a domino expert who can set up this upload for new orders.
Below the fields we will use:

password:*
e-mail (error messages):
Trigger moment:ordered
I'm not sure if sftp is the best connection, they also support the subsequent connections:RPC-get, RPC-post, script
