Question 1.We learn in this module about how managers address the needs of an increasingly diverse workplace. Considering the demographic trends of the United States and the global workforce, apply the most important principles of management to the context of diversity and its ethical implications in the workforce. List those principles, in order of importance, according to the knowledge you have gained through the readings this week and your personal experiences.
Provide one example from popular media (newspaper, radio, television, internet, podcast, etc.) and one from your own experience to illustrate your points.
Question 2. Everyone should have a basic understanding of marketing. It can be used to market products, services, people, companies, charities, and ideas. Discuss how you will use the information you have learned in this course and apply it to your life and your work. Be sure to practice using terms from the textbook in your discussion postings, as practicing this will serve you well for the portfolio paper in defining terms.
