I need assistance with a power point presentation. Here are the requirements.
Research the various components associated with effective administration of compensation and benefits systems (including job evaluation processes, HRIS systems, annual pay adjustment processes, development of pay ranges, communicating the pay system, legal considerations).
Based on your research, prepare a 10-12-slide Power Point presentation (with documentation for each slide) in which you offer recommendations for administering and evaluating reward systems. Be sure to address the ethical issues inherent in compensation systems, paying particular attention to the ways in which ethics are involved in determining and administering compensations systems.
You will need a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources that deal specifically with reward system administration, and a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources that deal specifically with measuring the effectiveness of reward systems.
