Important and hardest part of a manager


Some say that motivation is the most important and hardest part of a manager/leaders job responsibility - to either create an environment that is motivating/encouraging, to drive job satisfaction or that allows people to motivate themselves, or to personally motivate their team, crew and employees, gang. And even though the connection is obvious to performance management, this is even harder sometimes. Would you agree with this?
