Problem: Resistance to change is an obstacle organizations have been attempting to overcome for decades. However, as managers we realize that change is both necessary and inevitable for business growth. Yet, employees only seem to consider how it impacts them, such as different way of doing things, more work, layoffs, etc. As managers, how can we convey the importance and significance of change and avoid resistance as we attempt to do so?
