Analysis and Application of Clinical Practice Guidelines:
* The purpose is for you to demonstrate how you would implement a CPG. Thus, the focus of the paper is a description of the steps of implementing a CPG. Remember to analyze and critique the CPG as part of the implementation, including research summaries and level of evidence.
* Describe EBP Model that would guide your implementation of the CPG. Explain how the selected model will assist you in planning, implementing, and evaluating the CPG.
* Use the CPG questions reference to help you explain how you would implement a CPG. You do not have to submit answers to the CPG questions.
* Include, paper introduction and conclusion in your paper. Use at least level one headings. Example of level one headings could include: scope and purpose; stakeholder involvement, rigor of development, recommendations, application
* Page length 5-6 pages. Scholarly references, a minimum of 4 scholarly references (the CPG will be one of the scholarly references)
