Implementation of concepts learned in the human resources

Problem:

I'm working on a fieldwork project that is covering the hands-on implementation of concepts learned in the Human Resources and Organizational Development course. Human Resource Development (HRD) is an applied field, and it is incredibly important that everything we do be grounded in the realities of practice. At the same time, this program teaches students to "step back" and use sound theories and evidence-based research as the basis for their work. This assignment requires students to consider the skills they have learned throughout the course and to put those skills into practice. Need Assignment Help?

I need guidance on the below:

Option 1: Applied Project - this option is available for all students. It requires that a student work on a formal project that results in a tangible HRD product encompassing two or more of the HROD Program Goals. The fieldwork must be a new experience and must require that the student go above and beyond any current job responsibilities. This fieldwork can occur within the student's current organization or in another organization.

What would be my best approach, which company can i use and which concepts fit that?

This was the example that was provided regarding the ask: Example: I am going to evaluate an existing state program related to disability resources -- my "product" will be a report that provides an overview of the programs, a demographic statical section of who the programs are serving by region, a scorecard for 3 of the programs, a summary that includes recommendations and references.

Please help me come up with some ideas.
