Amy/classmate brings up learning a language. This reminds me of all of the programs where one learns a language by immersion. By studying abroad, or surrounding oneself by people who speak another language, many people do learn a second language, for example, by immersion. Do you think this is an effective way to learn? Why? Please explain your answer.
