Assignment:

To the specifics of the project: first part is to tell us how the company that you picked to analyze has become successful and growing. (INSTACART) Tell us about their business model and the value proposition. The 2 tools that we learned (business model canvas and value proposition canvas) are there to help you communicating that part. However, just using them is not the solution. The solution is to use them correctly. Or not use them at all but still communicate what about that company's business model or value proposition made the company successful. The assumptions they made, the theories on how the world works, the problem of the customer that they found and solved, the pains that they addressed, the gains that they offered, their customers segments, anything really that you believe made them successful.
 
 The second part is to replicate/copy/imitate that company's business model and/or value proposition and move it to a significantly different product market / industry. The point of this is to understand that we now observe companies competing based on business models and value propositions rather than products. If you study a successful company and understand what made them successful, can you use their process to be successful in something completely different? To do that, you have to look at their business model and understand the fundamentals and the basics. Then imagine what other industries or product markets have the same (or similar) characteristics (e.g. same type of customer segments, same type of customer problems, same type of customer needs, etc.) and how by simply replicating that successful company's business model would give you a success story in a new one.
