Case Study
- At the end of Chapter 2, read the "What Would You Do?" exercise. Answer the question below (not the questions in the textbook) in essay format.
- Your essay must include an introduction paragraph, a main section consisting of two or more paragraphs, and a conclusion paragraph. You must address all relevant parts of each question.
Your essay must include cited materials from the textbook at a minimum. You may use additional resources. Make sure to cite any references you use. Proper citation format for a reference includes the name of the author(s), the title of the work, the date of the publication, and the page number. Be sure to review the grading matrix before you submit your essay.
Case Study Questions
Imagine you are the head of the Bangkok business development unit of the Thai government. Develop a list of at least five stakeholder concerns regarding the development of an amusement center. Address each of your stakeholders' concerns with at least one concrete solution to their issues.
Example: The local environmental group fears that the project will destroy many endangered species of plants and animals because it will alter the atmosphere. (Do not use this example-think of your own.) How will you convince them this will be addressed?
