Imagine that the human resources department hired you to recruit new employees/volunteers. Your task is to create a REALISTIC JOB PREVIEW to try and attract these future organization members. Remember that RJPs try to give prospective employees realistic expectations and are more truthful than traditional recruiting because they “present outsiders with all pertinent information without distortion” —both positive and negative aspects. Make sure you include “information on the specifics of the job, including working conditions, hours, opportunity for advancement, managerial style, job freedom, pay and benefits, and organizational values”.
