Considered characteristics and attitudes that contribute to the effectiveness of a team leader. Now make your own list of the five qualities and abilities you believe are important for team leaders to possess and exercise. Comment on your proficiency in each area. Identify your areas of strength and the areas in which you would like to improve your skills. Identify how you will improve these skills. Part two does not require research as this is your own list.
