Choose one of the anti-discrimination laws (Americans with disabilities act, Civil rights act, Gender discrimination, etc). Using an example from your experience, or a recent article, what are ways that businesses make sure they are in compliance with the law? If you were a business owner, what would you do to insure you are compliance with the law?
