Web-based platform, Internet resources, and mobile applications have recently found their way into 'routine' health care management. Many providers serving patients with chronic medical conditions are turning to technology in an effort to improve patient adherence to medical regimens and extend service delivery (i.e., telehealth). For this discussion board, share your overall views on the use of technology in the context of chronic illness management and find/share a recent article that discusses the use of technology resources with a particular population.
