If you were a server, what commonalities would you most likely share with the individuals you are serving (consider you're a server at a local bar in Columbia, Missouri) and what would be the something you would be able to use to decide if they were in fact a stranger or not.
2. What sort of "crowds" do you personally come across on a typical day?
