If you measured absorbances of a product in different

If you measured absorbances of a product in different solutions at 470 nm and used a molar extinction coefficient of 4234 M^-1 cm^-1 in your calculations. Could you use this same molar absorptivity constant in your calculations if you were to measure the absorbance of our product at 600 nm? Why or why not?
