It can be something academic, or something from the rest of your life. It's simply something you do really well.
How do you know you do it well? How did you learn to do it so well?
Do you share this expertise with anyone else? Have you taught someone else to do that, too?
If so, how? and if not, why not?
How does this expertise affect your life now? and how do you expect it to affect your life after college?

This should be a carefully edited piece of writing, with a clear beginning middle and end. A reader should feel that he or she has learned something about you as a result of reading this response.
