What are some of the cultural differences one might expect in the role perception of top managers in Japan, the United States, Europe (choose a speci?c country), or Latin America (choose a speci?c country). If you had a multicultural workforce of managers, technicians, or professionals, how could data-gathering instruments be helpful in ascertaining cross-cultural factors in their work styles? (For example, in making up a questionnaire to ?nd out how many speak English as a second language or speak a foreign language in their homes).
