Do you know anyone who operates a business, or, do you own a business yourself? If so, discuss how the business is organized, e.g. sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, etc. Then discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the particular business organization of the business.
If you are not a business owner or if you do not know of anyone who owns a business, discuss what types of considerations should go into selecting a particular form of organization.
