Will-be strategic decision -- strategic decision per-se, the final decision that will be implemented Then, the CEO ask you to design a detailed strategic decision process taking into account that the decision process is not linear because it is vulnerable to the influence of a number of disruptive forces (e.g., organizational politics or office politics).
