An officer receives an anonymous tip that a young white male with red hair, wearing a red shirt and jeans was driving a blue mustang on JFK Highway at or near the intersection of JFK and MLK Blvd. and he had a handgun on him.
The officer goes to the intersection and sees a blue mustang pass him that was driven by a white male with red hair who appeared to be wearing a red shirt. The officer stops the vehicle and asks the driver to exit the vehicle. He pats down the driver and feels what he believes to be a handgun in his waistband and recovers it. The officer places the driver under arrest for wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun in violation of Maryland law.
