If the corporation really does consist of the coordination

If the corporation really does consist of the coordination of the cooperation of different stakeholders, who or what is responsible for that coordination?

As a member of a stakeholder group (students) in this College, do you feel your legitimate interests receive adequate consideration? How could you make your views known to the "college" about anything you would like to see changed? Who is "the college" for purposes of responding to such expressions of interest?

Have a look at Badaracco's Leading Quietly: An Unorthodox Guide to Doing the Right Thing, SEE ATTACHMENT: "Bend the Rules". Do you agree or disagree, that acting in a morally responsible manner sometimes requires creative thinking and going "beyond the rules?"

If so, state some examples from your own life in which this has been the case. If not, explain why you think moral actors should not 'fiddle' with the rules.
