The Euro, the monetary system of most of Europe, is in trouble many nations such as Greece and Spain are facing economic collapse. Their governments are cutting budgets and established austere measure to keep their economies viable. Segments of each of the countries are rioting related to the austere measures.
If our welfare system made deep cuts stipends being paid, how would Americans react? Why would they react in that manner?
