Project management is related to assembling, planning, organizing and managing resources in order to find solution to problems which an organization could be facing. Project management can also used by organization regarding finding solutions to problems of threat to information security (Phillips, 2010). If an organization is addressing an issue that is beyond the scope of a simple technical issue, and it is going to have a company-wide impact, project management would be the recommended course of action to make sure the issue is addressed in calculated, organized and strategic approach.
