Ideology Perspective Presentation
Visit the Teachers Count website and review the current issues affecting educational policy today. Choose one of the topics to create a presentation that will educate others on the ideological perspectives surrounding the issue. In addition, you will create a policy that will resolve the issue based on an ideological perspective.
Your presentation needs to include the following concepts:
a. Analysis of a current issue influencing an educational policy.
b. Application of a problem-solving strategy to create a new educational policy based on an ideological perspective.
Create a presentation using PowerPoint that is eight to ten slides (not including Title and Reference slides) and contains the following information:
a. Title slide
b. Description of the issue
c. Discussion of the current research/facts on the issue
d. Discussion of the Liberalist perspective
e. Discussion of the Conservative perspective
f. Discussion of your personal perspective
g. Develops an idea for an educational policy
h. Reference slide
Make sure you use a minimum of two resources in addition to your textbook to help support your presentation. Your presentation must be in APA format.
