Answer the following questions. Use the course literature to answer the questions and use citations and references as needed.
• Is conflict in the workplace a good thing? Why or why not. Take a position and support your point with the literature.
• Do your prefer warm or cold climate vacation? It will be vacation time at some point. What is your preference? Pretend you are at a cocktail party with friends and you want to convince your best friend to vacation in your preferred climate. In no more than 2-3 paragraphs - what would you say to convince them to see it your way?
• Think about a difficult conversation that you have had or you need to have - using the conflict management strategies from the literature how can you prepare for a difficult conversation or improve a previous conversation?
• Identity is the essential core of who we are as individuals, the conscious experience of the self inside.
