Remember to provide citations to the facts in the body of your paper, as well as listing them at the end. Not that you have to spend pages and pages, but maybe a few more paragraphs. Also, make sure that you are being very precise when you're talking about the relevant dilemmas and legal issues.Those are two very different issues. Something that may have been able to assist you is to remember to not only identify the terminology that you've been studying in the course and seen in the reading, but also to define it and then apply the relevant facts to the definition so that you know that the fact pattern fits into the mold that you're asserting it does.
Also, remember to include an ethical analysis in your paper. This too involves not only identifying the relevant ethical theories and principles but defining them and explaining how and why they work, apply, and justify your conclusions. Also, make sure you're checking out the APA manual to see the appropriate way to format your paper and citations.
