The assessment task is aimed at students identifying the key factors of good project management and critically evaluating and applying methods (and techniques) aimed at increasing successful implementation. Therefore, as members of the University Student Body Entertainment committee, you have been assigned the task of organizing a Christmas Concert for all students and staff, to celebrate the end of the year. The main motive behind this concert is to promote diversity and inclusion across the University of Northampton (UoN). The concert should involve showcasing all cultures that are represented at UoN. The concert will take place on Saturday 19th December 2020.
Your project team has received a project mandate from the Students Union Body for the concert with a budget of £50,000 to plan the 8-hour concert.
