Identify a small business in your community. What innovation choices have they made to improve the organization's ability to succeed.
Consider the ideas in learning and the details of your example and:
1. Briefly describe the business and any special features such as suppliers, customers, services, laws, internal factors, knowledge, or similar.
2. What or who is driving the innovation? How is this achieved?
3. Do you see the business maintaining its unique abilities to lead others in the industry? Why?
4. What do you suggest that they might do in their next step to stay ahead?
5. What did you learn?
