Discussion Post: Schedules and Budgets
Take your WBS from last week and create a schedule in Microsoft Project (see Figure 10.4 found in Project Management Tools and Techniques: A Practical Guide (2nd ed.)). Then, identify your resource budget to accompany your schedule (see Chapter 11 found in Project Management Tools and Techniques: A Practical Guide (2nd ed.)).
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
