Prepare a creative expression of these in, for example, a poem, story, drawing, video, song, etc. To identify foundational values and create an expressive representation of these values.
Step I
Identify your foundational values/guiding principles. Think about what is important for you as a worker in your helping field. An example might be the Seven Grandfathers' teachings or value/character teachings from other worldviews.
Step II
Show how these guiding principles/ values assist in your ability to conduct an interview; your attending skills, and your empathy & connecting your guiding principles to your creative piece and your interviewing techniques.
