The class has 4 students who have different needs: (1) Tony cannot seem to stop talking during class lectures; (2) Sharon, who is obviously very bright, tends to dominate class discussions; (3) Cindy works so many hours so late at night that she can barely keep awake in the class, and her grades are poor; and (4) Jason is a retired physician who is taking the class just to learn a little about management for his volunteer work with community youth groups.
