Choose a health care-related topic that would be best studied using a SURVEY.
Write a 3 question questionnaire.
• State whether your survey is qualitative or quantitative.
• State: What type of study participants would you look for?
• Identify where/how you could find these participants.
• Discuss any barriers you think you might find in carrying out your survey if you were to do it.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
