Discussion Post: e-business and e-commerce
After reading Chapter 4 on e-business and e-commerce, you should be able to identify when businesses use these two methods. For this week's discussion, give an example of a business using either e-business or e-commerce. For example, I enjoy watching movies and I really like Netfix suggesting movies I might enjoy given my viewing preferences. For me that's a valued feature of their customer relations management system or e-business. In fact, Netflix estimates that 75% of viewer activity is driven by recommendations.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
