Select a business for your risk management course project. In each unit, you will discuss an assignment culminating in a corporate risk management plan. Identify the business to analyze. It can be a business you currently work for, an existing business, or a business you would like to start. Provide the name of the business. List at least five risks for the business. Describe each of the risks by identifying the type of risk for each risk and the scope of each risk.
For the second part of this assignment, identify what risk management standard you will use to guide your risk management process. Follow the risk management process steps to complete the risk management process for the business. Include the risk management context for the business by completing a risk register for your business. Use the template below to guide your risk register.
