Kaitlyn (she/her) has always been an anxious person, just like her mother. One day driving back from a concert, Kaitlyn fell asleep at the wheel and crashed her car. Although she was not physically hurt the accident gave her quite a scare. A few weeks after the accident Kaitlyn was watching her favorite television show when suddenly she started to sweat and shake. At the same time, she felt her heart pounding so hard that she thought it would jump out of her chest. She rushed to the emergency department at her local hospital but the doctors there could find nothing physically wrong.
