List at least one question each concerning Input, Process, Output and Security that you need to ask your client (WSUIC), to gain a better understanding of the requirements. Your questions must attempt to uncover contextual issues that are not directly evident from the given case study.
III. Assume WSUIC-SJP has been fully implemented and has been running successfully for the last 3 years. You have now been recruited to manage post delivery maintenance, as an IS professional.
