1. Identify two theoretical concepts of organizational change. Write definition 

  • Transitional change
  • Transformational change

2. Choose an organization 

  • Write a brief introduction about the organization
  • Identify a change that is happening within it. Example _ restructure, new CEO, change or expansion of offices, change culture program such as "diversity program"

The change must affect people and must NOT be a new product.

  • Connect this to your above definition of change - explain type of change. Is this internal or externally driven, transitional or transformational change.

3. SWOT ANALYSIS- discuss and explain 

  • Present your SWOT - briefly discuss
  • Critically analyse the benefit and drawbacks of SWOT - references required

4. Explain and analyse the role of change agent

  • Role - help (drive) make change happen link to Lewin's  forces ?
  • Analysis - how do they help? Which is more appropriate external or internal ?

5. Problem centric and dialogic approach

  • Define both of the above
  • Critically assess which would you use in your organistaion (see question no.2 ).
