Employers, specifically Human Resource professionals, have been focusing on finding the right person for the right positions - keeping in mind that they want to retain the best people, many times also considering employee/organization match. For the purpose of this discussion forum, you are required to evaluate various interview strategies and simulations.
Based upon research and your experiences, identify two strategies that you believe would work best to ensure best fit/match for vacancies in your organization (or an organization that you are knowledgeable about). Explain why you recommend these strategies
