There are many environmental factors influencing the workplace today, including generational differences and concerns, the economy, education, multicultural differences, etc. In this week's discussion:
1. Identify two environmental issues that impact human resources' ability to properly staff an organization and/or forecast future employment needs.
2. Being innovative and creative, how would you propose addressing and overcoming the environmental issues identified, above, for your organization?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
