Problem 2: Describe what happened and who the crises affected, as well as when, where, and why they occurred.
Problem 3: What were the best and worst outcomes of the crises? How did the affected organizations make these outcomes better or worse? What key decisions did the organizations make in terms of either dealing with the crisis effectively or making it worse?
