Question: Part A. Sizing
Identify two adequate size metrics for the product or service of your choice. Provide a description of each size metric and explain why they would be reliable predictors of the complexity of the system or the effort needed to bring the system into realization.
Part B. WBS
Identify at least five work breakdown structure elements (at level 1) for a product or service of your choice. These can cover any aspect of the project such as manufacturing, hardware, equipment, logistics, etc. Provide at least 3 levels of decomposition (i.e., 1, 1.1 and 1.1.1) for each of the five elements. Discuss a total of two potential challenges in measuring (i.e., collecting data) for WBS elements in this project for purposes of bottom up cost estimation.
